How to Request a Replacement:
• Notify Us Within 12 Hours:
Contact our Claim Department within 12 hours of receiving your order.
• Provide Details:
Send us a detailed video, showing the damage or the incorrect item.
Include a brief description of the issue and your order number.
• Free, Easy Replacement:
Once approved, we’ll arrange a free replacement shipment for the same
item.
Replaced shipment will be delivered within 5-6 working days.
• Exceptions:
This policy applies only to wrong or damaged products.
Requests made after 12 hours may not be eligible for a replacement.
